Default Measurement Request: GC's for Konis (ITR)

I need the front and rear spring lengths and inside diameter measurements.

Situation is:
98Spec ITR:
-Stock front struts with cut springs
-Mugen N1 Rear Full Coilvers (Unknown Spring Rate: Options are 16-28kg in 2kg increments)

Note: I bought it like this, so don't ask why I set it up this way.

The Plan: Get race Konis for the front (shortened body and revalved) and keep the dampener in the rear without the ridiculously high spring rate. Then, get Ground Controls for Konis (custom or whatever default specs are). I want to use the GC spring in the Mugen N1 shockbody.

GC will give 2.5" ID springs for hondas unless otherwise specified.

they usually give 8" front and 7" rear springs, unless otherwise specified.
