i was wondering if that wheel size and offset would fit my car.i have a 95 DB8. my friend is selling some rims that im interested in and was wondering if these size and offset would fit. 16x7 +31 front and 16x8 +36 or 38 one of those size for the rear. so can anyone tell me if it would fit? its not going to be slam or anything just a little bit lowered where the tires mite tuck just a tap bit.

 

just try them on if he is local. i say theey will fit but you may have to run stretched tires on those 16x8's and be careful of it rubbing the inner parts of yer susp.

 

Those offsets sound wrong.

 

he has tires on them already. i think he said 225/50 im not sure but ill get the full specs on it real soon and hope u guys can help me out. thanks

 

ok i got the specs. it 16x7 +31 and 16x8 +38 with 225/45 all around. ok can anyone tell me if those would fit in my car?

yea its for my 95 4dr integra but the wheels are 4x114 so im going to get the 96 itr 4x114 set up for it. its not going to be lowered like crazy juss a little bit where its decent cuz i have a h22a in it so the motor sits very low. so the back isnt going to fit? if so is there anything i can do like change tire size or what not? plz help i really want those rims. oh there ADVAN RG

i would rather get non staggered 4x100 rims. there are some 4x100 rg's floating around still.

 

i like the offset of it. 4x100 doesnt have good offset that pleases me. so work or no work? if no can i get at least 5 ppl to say it ahha thanks

 

alright...i know the lug pattern fits. the tires are too wide so it means rubbing issues for inner(suspensionn) and outer( ther fender) so if you want to try it out with 195 and 205 to stretch out the tires maybe it could work but its 16s...its a bit bigger than 15s because so far ive seen 15x7s mostly and some people with 16X8 on civics but youll have to angle your cambers diffferently to allow it to fit properly..you could experience it by testing out if it fits with different tire sizes but try to have the tires out and see if the rim itslf would clear any suspension or fender without any problems...thats the best way you can do unless someone has experiend it and tell you what to do!

 

thanks for the help. thats 1 way i can try it. see heres my situation, i still the 4x100 lug pattern on my car, so thats why i wanna know if it fits or any other options i can do to make it fit. so therefor if the different options that ppl agreed on and knowing it would fit, i would go out and buy the 4x114 conversion off the 96 itr. like i stated before i like the offset of the rims and the wideness of it. well heres another thing i can put in to try and have u guys help me out, i want the rims and tires for road racing, drag, and daily driving purposes. NEED MORE PEOPLES OPTINION AND HELP PLZ!! If some1 has this set up on their civic or integras plz contribute some information. thanks HT members

You'll probably still have to roll your fenders. Front and back not to rub/rub slightly.

i've seen rims with the same description fit on a 4dr teg. looked good and i dont recall hearing any problems with'em. the car had tein coils on though. that may be a factor

nope saw it in person. i met up to buy some stuff from the guy and we started chit chatting about cars. i believe he had buddy clubs or something? 6 spoke for sure though.

 

With an offset like that on 8" wheels I think you're going to have issues with the suspension rubbing more than the fenders. Do you know the backspacing?

How are they the same thing? So your telling me that a wheel with a 38mm offset has a 38mm backspace? That's 1.5 inches. My 16x8's w/ a 38mm offset have around a 6" backspace.
