While you're at it, if you are planning to upgrade engines, this would be the time to do it...
i.e. if you have a D series SOHC non-vtec engine (stock D15B2) and you want to swap a B series engine in or a D series SOHC vtec motor or a D DOHC ZC, etc.... D series SOHC VTEC swaps or DOHC ZC swaps can be found pretty cheap, not much more than finding a manual tranny by itself....because everyone is pulling them to install a B series engine into newer civics...just a thought...D is less work/parts/$$$ than B....

Hey buddy, thanks for the info. really makes it easier for me now. Done about three swaps on si hatchbacks before, but nothing compared to this... all new to me. Do u know what I need to do, to the wire that is connected to the automatic trany?
Do I leave it alone, cancel?
Do you think I can run the car with the present ecu I have? :
any info will help,

appreciate it very much.
