Just wondering where you can get an expander that will do rectangles/squares to fit turbo flanges like this? Ive found ones that do expand round stuff ,but not anyones that will do rectangles

I think you will need to make some sort of form and work it by hand with a mallet. A decent tube expander cost's thousands so i doubt a rectangle or square one will be any cheaper (i personally have not even seen them for sale)
Or you could just do what i do, and beat the living sh*# out of it with a short 2x4. It takes a few min, but when its done i can get my collector made with .065 ss to fit a t3 flange perfectly.
Good Luck!

Use a vice and a small ball hammer get the 2 long sides flat the way you want and get them weldedon flange
then tap other sides till they match other flats on flange and weld...

^^ that thing sucks *****.

Those things are made more for getting stuff round, they won't expand tubing enough to make a slip joint, unless it's 20g mild steel.
