hey everyone, just wanted to see if i can get some help on here about my car.

I have an h22 and right now my car runs fine when i initially start it in the morning. But once it gets warm it boggs down big time, and i just feel the loss of power. I was wondering what this could be. when im on the freeway, it also feels like my cars struggling a little, But the rpms dont seem to be affected by the loss of power.

Only when i start off from a light, my car jumps back and forth as if im giving it too much or not enough gas (the bogging), and this only happens when the engines warm.

anyone have any ideas to what could be my problem?

my spark plugs been changed
my timing belts been changed
and my water pumps been changed

any help is appreciated.

 

t- belt changed timing checked, comp or leak down test for bad valves or rings?
