Something for the 2jzge fans.
This is a 2jzge complete exhaust system we have been making (header only in the picture). Everything is equal length (within an inch) with merge collectors. The full system made 29 whp and 39 wtq over a stock system (on an IS300). Two of the guys who got the system from is300.net both made 220 whp and 240 wtq with this full system and an intake on an auto tranny, one guy ran a 14.6 at 97 mph (with a good take off that's a low 14 second car for sure) and I know i am not the best welder in the world
, have been welding about 6 months now.

At first I was gonna bash you because who does all motor 2J's in this day and age. But, the headers look well thought out, and im always glad to see new GE products hit the market. We have helped developed several new GE parts on the turbo side of things.
Thanks guys!
Until my welds get better I don't want to do any turbo stuff, in fear of something breaking.
And the way I get all the way around each runner is a 3 step process:
1. I space the collector inlets slightly further apart to make sure I have some room in there.
2. I weld each one at a time, the 1st 2 are easy and I can get all the way around without a problem on both.
3. The last one most of the time I can get it all by sticking the tungsten out and turning up the gas… but sometimes it’s just too tight and about 1/8 is left un welded.
