The Good
-drives GREAT
-dynoed at 165hp, 127 ft/lbs and ran 14.3 the one time it saw a drag strip. so the motor is still like new
-very clean interior with floor mats
-no rust
-maintanence records
-timing belt, water pump, wheel bearings, and hubs changed at 120k
-fuel filter, plugs wires done by me at 140k
-origonal keys
-sercurity which i'll tell you about when you buy it
-only 3 winters, and Krown'd all 3 times

The Bad
-stone chips on front end and one on the front window where the little honda sticker is, at the bottom left hand corner
-floor mats a little worn
-couple small door dings
-front bumper a tiny bit faded but barley noticable
-rear hatch struts weak
-AC needs a charge

Mods (If you can call them that)
-Koni yellows with about 20k on them (stock springs)
-Sparco silver pedals (they look like JDM ITR pedals, have stock pedal covers too)
-Comptech axle back (looks stock)
-Comptech filer (have stock)
-Falken Azeins RT 615s 205/50/15s with over %70 left
