10 ftlbs on the adjuster locknut should be good;
SAE rule of thumb; tighten untill there is a sharp rise of torque and then tighten 1/6 of a turn more.

 

65 ft/lbs

i think what everyone can take home from this thread is that you shouldnt ask for help, with no idea what you are talking about. and then instead of trying to find out what you are needing, the guy starts running his mouth and talking ****. but of course hes too proud to say hes wrong and doesnt know what hes talking about. its really hard to be proud and learn at the same time. god forbid when someone asks for "valve torque specs" that someone has to ask what valve hes talking about.
