cr-x carb setup
This is probably the wrong forum to ask, try asking here -> https://honda-tech.com/zeroforum?id=3
Cruddy idle and power loss, could be your air/fuel mix. Theres a screw you turn between the two carbs which adjusts it. I cant think which way to turn it though, id say try slightly either way from the position that its in and see what difference it makes.

I answered a few questions on cr-x.org about carbs gave a link to the honda concerto manual which has the same setup as our dual carbs so should help balancing them.
Also, maybe check/change fuel filter, air filter and get some carb cleaner when you at it.
If balancing the carbs doesnt work check timing
