Torque specs for head?
Anyone know the torque specs for the head bolts, cam caps,runners etc etc. Pretty much eveything to put the head back on my gsr. Thanks in advance. Chris

CYLINDER HEAD BOLT TORQUE SPECS
8, 4, 2, 6, 10 <---intake order
7, 3, 1, 5, 9 <---exhaust order
Torque in steps: 22ft-lbs (264in-lbs), Then to 63ft-lbs (756in-lbs) 94+ Teg

Thanks, also i was told to not run my car with the new valves in it without adjusting them or they will burn out. I just put valves,valve springs,retainers and seals in. How do i adjust the valves?
