Above site clearly states ITR front sway bar will fit with Civic EX LCAs.

But as I searched through Honda-Tech, people are saying the sway bar will not fit because of the linkage being hit or something.

Does anyone on HT have done this swap on a EK chassi who can confirm that indeed ITR front sway will not work with EK?
