Most of the other forums have Stickys that people can list the links to their stuff for sale in the for sale forums (just check out the SUV forum) They have one where your post get deleted after 3 weeks to keep it clean.

I propose someone does the same here to make it a bit easyer looking for eg stuff.

No pics no replys just links to sale threads.

The sticky will be overwhelmed with posts and people will have a harder time finding things. Other forums are smaller, thus will generally have less posts making it easier to find things.

How would it make finding things harder if they only link there market place threads that are related to EG's and EK's. Then you wouldnt have to sort through 500 posts of other stuff. All of the posts would still go in the MarketPlace section so if you wanted to page through everything you would be more than welcome to do it.

I find it easier browsing for thread titles and not the post bodies themselves.

 

Probably because there are a lot more members in the civic forum than the SUV forum. The sticky would be almost as big as the regular marketplace.

I don't have any problems searching the marketplace for what I'm looking for.
