Default CTownIntegra: Turbo Build #2

Since I never sold my T04E turbo and I really never got to fully boost (never went past 4k). I am going to put it back on and run it at 5PSI. I know that is low, but I need that until I can afford to rebuild the motor.

Is it possible to get a small enough intercooler to fit behind there with out hacking the entire grill up?

On my previous turbo setup I had to cut the entire grille out, then when I wrecked my car, insurance did not want to pay for a new front end because of the grille being cut out. I also want this setup to be "right"

By "right", I mean, not cut and welded U-Bends like my last setup. I will purchase Mandrel bent 3" with a 3" Exhaust. For the Blow-Off I want something quiet, not like my Greddy Type-S on my last setup. And for a Manifold, I have to keep A/C and though not nessacary, I would like to keep P/S.

And the list goes as follows.

New Turbo Mani
2.5" Downpipe
Charge Pipes
$770

Tial w/5psi Spring
RC Saturated Injectors 440cc/mm Saturated injectors - $476 @ Sparkracing.com

Total of $1246

And what I have already:

4 Bolt Garrett T04E 57 Trim, .60a/r
Stealthmose Oil Lines (Must get a longer feed line)
Tapped Oil Pan
Slim Fans
Autometer Coalt Boost/Vac

Edit: Yes I know my pictures suck, but thats all I've got. You can see the endtanks and I swear there is an intercooler up in there.

Thats the revhard intercooler, though I dont think it will fit behind the 98+ quite so well. I've heard the johnnyracecars.com fits nicely without having to hack up the bumper too bad. If you want a quiet BOV, then just recirc whatever you get. My brother has the Type S on his 240 and just by recirc it, it makes it uber quiet.

My mishimoto was way way to big.

I may use a boost controller and tune it to 8psi, but daily drive on 5. Then 8psi at the strip. Expect this build to be finished by March.

I can't make up my mind whether to go with another SpoolinPerformance log mani kit, or get the Quick4 with a half size rad. The quick 4's design looks so much more efficent but is alot more money wise. As for IC piping I plan on getting spoolinperformance with it too, but may make my own again until then. I could still slap myself in the face for selling most of my kit.

Dammit me...
