These are scammers that save all the info of cars that were once on ebay and then a few months later they relist them offering an incredibly low buy it now price. They then try to scam you using "Ebay safe harbor" transfering program which they imitate, in the end you send money, and you never get the car. The story you usually hear is that they moved somewhere over seas and just want to get rid of the car. If you cant touch it, dont buy it

It's astonishing to what lengths people will go to completely screw some over for quick cash.

deffinetely a scam.. one time a guy offered me a 2000 civic for 3 grand.. but he was in iceland or something and said "if youd like i can ship the car to you if you give me a 1000 dollar down payment" first of all... even if i could touch the car... a SI would never be sold for 3gs
