Yes, I know I broke my own rules... but cut me some slack, I do a lot around here....

 

Ever hear of Classified, *******? Are you sure that those cams won't work with nitrous?

 

They may work with n20, I honestly couldn't tell you, but I want a set ground specifically for turbo.

 

this should be posted in the clessifieds!!

 

i wish all sellers are like you on ebay...you just dont sell, you give them all info that they need to make it work....

I felt kinda stupid writing all that, but I HATE people who are like:
"Got a set of cams for sale. Fits a Prelude."
and that's it.

Anyone who bought them, I wanted them to know exactly what they were getting. Cause it for damn sure is a good deal to whoever get's em.

 

nah...me personally....if i was buying the cams, i would feel more secure buying it because you gave me all the info about it....unlike all the other people on what you said "set of cams for h22 or h23 or whatever"....hope you sell it...good luck...

crower makes a set of turbo cams

 

gude has some turbo cams available, but they are regrinds. thats the only downfall...

 

hey, what gains do you think i'd get if i buy these?
i have an AEM CAI, Greddy header, Greddy SP exhaust, FIELD SFC/VTEC.
and what do you think about mugen valve springs and retainers?

 

are aftermarket springs necessary with a stock rev-limit.

really would like to pick these up but springs for now will put me over the top.

 

As far as gains, you'd probably see *SOME gains, but not like if you had a fully built motor, or at least some headwork. It'd be real hard for me to tell you on that kind of setup. I know it was supposed to be 20-30 hp once it was dyno tuned.

As far as the springs, I would use them with these cams, yes. You could probably get away with NOT using them, but because of the duration, it would cause a lot of stress. Mugen makes good stuff, but I havent looked at the spring rates to see if it's significantly stiffer.
