Integra rear seats 94-97 vs 98-01 ITR rear seats, can the bracket be switched over?
98-01 TYPE - R 's rear seats are sort of different then 94-97. I baught myself some USDM 01 ITR rear seats and saw that on the guys car that i baught it from it is different then my car, theres a extra lil bar where the bottom of the seats go. and also the rear seats dont clip in my frame, but everything else works. i was wondering can i Switch over that bar to my car to make it fit or is it not possible because i have an RS instead of a TYPE-R
It just won't fit period. I have a 95 RS, bought some USDM ITR seats, and ran into the same problem. Nothing you can do unless you take out the brackets from your stock seats and put them on the ITR's. Not really needed in my opinion. The rear seats are still held on the sides perfectly and they're tight on there.

So it's safe to run the rear seats unbolted like that with just the sides holding them in? Is this also an issue in the '95 GS-R? I don't really think it would be any diffrent, but I think I should ask anyway.
