Fully built head worth it?
A friend of mine is selling his built B18b head for 350 (45k):
Crower titanium retainers and Crower Duel valve springs
Port matched by JG
No valve cover but everything else is there. I have a b18b in my car right now so any extra parts needed would not be a problem.
Would I see any HP gain from the built head? Noticeable HP gain? Thanks
