I just dropped the fuel tank on my DA and installed a new pump but in the process broke the two way valve on the fuel tank. . . So questions are. . . what does the two way valve do? and is there any easy or helpful tips to putting back fuel tank? Thanks in Advance

Car is a 93 integra.

Take the gas out It will be lighter. front part up first and use a floor jack.

The vavle is a vent for smog control.

 

Sorry I dont half any usefull info. But why did you drop the tank for a new pump? All you need to do is take the back seat out, and you have acces to it.

 

Would it affect my car in anyway if its not working right or unplugged?

 

For DA's you have to drop the tank in order to get to the Fuel Pump. . . It changes for 94-01 integra's where you can get it from under the rear seat.
