Default Chain Question.

Regina Chains.... Good or not so good? Also just went from a 190 rear to the 180. I am loving it. I apparently need a whole new chain and sprocket set, chain is stretched and sprockets are worn. The shop onwner recomended a regina kit, and also going down one tooth in the front. he also recommended the tire switch and thats great... so should i trust him on the chain set up?

RK Chain (O-ring or better) and Sunstar sprockets (or any reputable brand STEEL sprocket). So sayeth my Honda guru mechanic friend.
Never heard of Regina, but if you trust the guy, go for it !

You don't NEED to change teeth. Obviously he expects you to purchase through him.

Never heard of Regina. I have used Renthal aluminum 520 sprockets and DID chain. Liked the combo a lot. One of the best upgrades thus far. Full AL sprockets do not last as long as steel though (~8,000 mi). I might try AFAM next.

I've used Regina chains on my bicycles

I like DID chains myself.
