What to do with LS Integra 120K miles?
I hate to ask this because it has come up a million times before but I did do a search and found nothing. I know what I want to do with it, but Im asking because is it safe? I have around $2500 to spend... My car is bone stock 1995 Integra LS 120K miles.
Option1- Turbo the integra. Buy a used turbo kit and boost it. If I was going to do this I'd only boost 6lbs on the street mabey 8lbs at the track once. The only reason I dont do this is the miles on my car. The compression is perfect and the car has no problems. Ive had it about 3 months and got it from some girl who had all records from Acura etc... What do you think? JRSC supercharge safer for higher miles?
Option2- Swap it. Id be swapping either an LS, B20, or GSR all with lower miles and save up for more mods. If I went with B20 or LS FI in the future is a possibility.
Option3- All motor? Dare I ask this question for an LS? What do you think about this? I could have a nice P&P head, cams, bolt-ons, ECU, etc....
Option4- I wanted to build a Turbo ZC CRX but I do not want to have 2 cars. Should I just forget about the Integra and do this?
Option5- Sell the LS and buy a GSR or hatch?!?
Any comments/suggestions are appreciated......

i wouild like to know too, cuz my car has 140,000 miles
people said that i should rebuild the high milage motor n turbo it. i might save up for a b18c see how i like it , then mod it later. have ya thought bought supercharging your ls motor??

i have a high mileage LS too...130K now..still running strong and bone stock..
what to do is up to you..but heres my 2cents...
no to JRSC...a waste
no to all motor..another waste for an LS...
if you have two cars..one should be a daily driver..and it looks like you want your crix for turbo and the track...
so keep the LS as a daily driver..or sell it to get a hatch..
BTW my LS is my daily driver with AC and is going to get a B20 soon

i dont know what a B20 in an integ would do in the 1/4...
id probably wont run on the track because it would be the daily whip..
the only plans i have for the B20 would probably be transferring everything off my LS...skunk2 intake manifold, i/h/e..and ill get a catch can for the pcv system

I'd build the LS and save up for a turbo. No questions! A fully built turbo would last as long as any N/A motor out there w/ 3 times the power. or maybe just 2X, lol...

1st you should do is a compression check and leakdown. If the readings are no good then consider a build. If its ok then just throw the turbo on.
im in the same boat too. i have 125,000 on my LS and im going to be rebuilding the block next year. also why would you want to swap just a b20? id rather save the money and swap something else. Our you can swap a b20 block. but id say check you compression and see if everything looks good then save up for a turbo.
