o2 censor problem

o2 censor problem
ok either im searching it wrong or something i cant seem to find it ... can someone help me .. i seen something on Ht that said how to do it but i cant find it .. i want to know how to do the whole 5 wire o2 to the 4 wire o2 .. becuase im throwing engine check because of that .. and i need to smog my car .. thanks
