Please Help me with my Seat!!!!

I have a 98 EK that I bought seats for and the lock part of the seat belt is attached to the original seats, so I'm wondering what I have to do now to have a seat belt with a locking part.
Can it be attached to the new seats (Yonaka Ronin) or do I have to buy something else?
