i got a cel code 41 Primary oxygen sensor heater

41 Primary oxygen sensor heater, does this mean the 02 sensor is bad and just needs to be replaced? please help

Most likely, it could be a wiring problem being that there is a wire for the heater in the O2 sensor, but just replacing the O2 should fix it.
