Removing sticker gunk
So the visor on my helmet had a bigass sticker on it. I tried to peel it off, but it was too humid out and now the glue is all gunked up on the visor. Will the glue wipe off if I soak the visor in warm water or do you guys know a better way? Sorry for the newb question, but I'm a newb.

Windex and just keep going at it and spraying it with windex, i wont scracth it. That's how I get stickers off my bikes from track days and works good
I use WD40 to remove these kinds of things. I don't know how it would affect your visor though. I've used on windscreens with no ill affects.

you should really only use goo gone, 3M adhesive remover or ronsonol lighter fluid.
Lighter fluid works the best in my opinion.
Works better than wd40 or polish. Adhesive remover and possibly goo gone can be found at kragen, autozone, or pep boys

..does that actually work? I'm curious to try it just because.

Well WD40 worked great. I just sprayed a little on and the glue wiped off easy as pie without leaving any scratches.
I think peanut butter would have just made more of a mess.
