Default Free mods?

What are all of the free mods that you can think of? I know its not going to do to much, but why not? they are free . So far all i can think of is, gutting, drilling out the airbox, timing adjustment. and by the way I am looking for mods that are not really too visible, so gutting for instance would not be one that i am interested in.

All the "free" mods you'll hear about are worth every dollar you put into them.

Honestly guys go easy I can think of a few cars for free you can really help the car out.

In the case of Hondas nothing free unless you can port things yourself.

a couple threads down there is a guy that succeeded with weight reduction ;-). Yank the exuast and take the filter off. You can advance the timing if you are feeling lucky. Remove your rear bumper...... i dunno. If it is a DX you can clean out the TB and little box above it.

I think you should make some speed holes in the pannels and add a bunch of stickers.

oh wait the stickers aren't free

I'm with him.

Best $20 mod that I can think of is putting high beams in the low beam sockets.

gut the cat, remove all sound deadening from under the carpet, door panels, etc. remove the spare wheel (might wanna get some of that fix-a-flat stuff tho), maybe remove the middle silencer/s from the exhaust and straight pipe it if you can weld.

other than that you could remove the standard air feed to your airbox and make a new one that runs down under the bumper or behind the grill in the bumper.

if your splitting hairs you could also shim the hood so the back sits a little higher to vent the warm engine air out.

I like people left wondering, if they really care about said car they will spend the time to learn the lessons I leave dangling

So not something I'd call a good idea.

you could take the belts off of your power steering pump and ac compressor. if you take the belt off of the power steering, turn the wheel back and forth with the cap off of the resivour. free mods really aint gunna do a whole lot. get a job and buy stuff.
