does any one know were to get an obd2 engine wiring harness of the internet or were i can find one its needs to be 96 and up i think i am putting an h22a1 in an 86 lude but dont have the obd2 wiring for it

If you have an h22a1, why don't you use an obd-1 harness 92-95?

 

why not try using the search function and look thru the for sale thread?
or why not try ebay?
or google that shizz.

well its in an obd2 car with an obd2 motor could i use a sub harness off of rywire and the p13 ecu ? what would u recomend

 

I don't know what rywire is, but you can use an obd1 harness with the p13 ecu. You can also use an obd2 harness with the p13 ecu(like I did). Either will work fine.

 

but my ? is will an obd1 harness work on an obd2 motor and an obd2 car

 

You can use an obd1 harness with an obd2 motor if you use an obd1 ecu. If you use an odb2 ecu, it won't work.
