Ok here it goes.
On my 94 four door.
I have had two different motors in them (mini-me, now a B16A)
On both motors the IAT sensors have melted.
Like the probe thats in the manifold has melted.
I'm not sure what is causing this but im pretty sure its not good.
Cause in order for it to melt it has to get hot as hell in the manifold.
Which is also not a good thing.
The mini me motor had a skunk 2 manifold on it.
The B motor has a stock one on it.
Any help would be appreciated.

This happens when people accidentally swap the IAT and the evap purge solenoid plugs.

 

Oh **** I didnt even think of that.
Hmm. could that also cause an engine code i cant remember what number but it was the fuel system one?
