Default OBD2>OBD1?

i was wonder if you could swap out the complete under dash harness and dash from 92-95 civic into the 96-98 civic if possible and worth it so it can be something different and what not and if there is a thread for it send the link to me if possible
and on a 5speed conversion will petals fit from 92-95 into 96-00?....

jsut wondering because somebody hit and totaled 94 fodo my car and the 96 shell has a dash but dash wiring and ***** been sitting out in the rain soo i'm trying to save some cash and trying too see if i change out the dash wiring to see if it would work

switching form OBD2 to OBD1 when i have all the stuff for OBD1 and the ***** in the OBD2 car is mostly fucked
