Hi I'm wondering if F22 manual tensioner and H23 manual tensioner same because I have found a bunch of F22 from an Accord and I am trying to do the manual tensioner conversion on my H22A4 was wondering if F22 parts will work.

 

I beleive so because the h22 is the only one that came with an auto tensioner of the 3.

i ran into that same thing this weekand. i went to majestic honda and the 1990+f22 tensioner has the same part number as h23.

 

Thanks so does that mean that I can strip all of the tensioner parts from an F22.

yep all the same as the h23
