Ive already found that part number by searching but it seems the part numbers on http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com are differnt but thanks for letting me know its #22
Ok so i think im set for replacing my rack end bushing now. so part #10 and #22 are the 2 things i need correct? Im hoping the rack bushing fixes my problem and its not the inner ball joint thats bad

why cant you tell right now? you turn the steering wheel left so the rack is sticking out and shake the rack itself. if its moving, it has nothing to do with the tie rod.
then you grab the tie rod and rack and shake to isolate the innter tie rod balljoint.

Yes that is what i told you, and im pretty sure you read it right. but also i thought thats what the rack end bushing was for. to keep from moving up and down.

i told you to grab the steering rack, ahead of the tie rod. if the rack moves, it has nothing to do with the tie rod and everything to do with the bushing.
grab the steering rack and tell me what you feel.
then grab the steering rack and the tie rod and move the hand grabbing the tie rod and tell me if you feel a difference.
honestly, i really hate saying stuff twice.
