im new to the whole tuning scene and i just bought a 96 honda accord ex now its gonna be a great car for me to start on but thats the problem i dont kno where to start there are a few things wrong with it like when it idles it revs up to 2000 rpms then back down constantly and i dont kno y next the wiring in it well i might as well pull it all out and use it to tie someone up cuz its a chop job there so bad that i cant even so much as hook up my sound system in it and also the speedometer doesnt always kick in and the side skirts are falling off just wondering if someone could tell me how to fix these problems and if it is worth the fix
