Default FPR & FPG... instructions, anyone?

Can anyone post up a general instructions for installed a FPR and FPG?

Or, do people prefer VAFC more finer tunability over FPR?

Go to C-speedracing.com website and go into
the how to section. They have inst. for both the FPR & FPG.
