That depends on the model of coupe you are putting it into. It will work on DX coupes and I believe HX also, but not the EX, at least not without eliminating the converter from the EX. Basically it would work on any EK chassis that did not have a Y8 or B16.
Because the hatch, and all Y7-equipped cars, have the converter on the manifold but the downpipe ends in the same place, they make the midpipe longer to fill in the space where the converter is on the EX & Si versions.
