Hello, I have Koni yellows with Neuspeed Race springs on my 91 civic si. The ride is far too soft, even with the shocks maxed out. This setup was good on my old car (EG) but after emailing Neuspeed, I have found that their spring rates for EFs are softer for some reason. I am looking for some very stiff springs, something good for the track. Would Progress or H&R Race be better? I know people praise Ground Control but they are expensive and I really don't need adjustability. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using a rear swaybar? What tires are you using? I have nuespeed race spring,rear swaybar on my crx and it is pretty rough. I would not want it to much rougher as a daily driver.

I have the Neuspeed race/ Koni sp3 setup on my 90 hatch and the ride seems really stiff! so stiff Im thinking of getting something a little softer because I daily drive my hatch and its pertty rough..
are you running sway bars?

 

ebay coilovers are pretty stiff hahaha, i gotta go to the dentist today to get my fillings replaced
