Default '96 accord v6 leak(trunk, back seat)...any possible leads

i have a 1996 accord v6, four door....when it rains the trunk gets drenched....i have noticed that most of the water settles in the trunk on the right side just under the light....i have already sealed both of the lights, and dont think that is the source.....i park the car in a stall, with a slight upward slant...but there is also water underneath the back seat, i have had to pull it out as it also gets drenched when it rains....the car gets soaked even if it is just parked, which leads me to believe that it cant be coming from somewhere underneath....i sprayed the entire trunk down with some stop leak thing but that hasnt helped....i have taken it to a couple of body shops, and they have both conducted their own water tests, and nothing has turned up....they pretty much have said that if there was a leak the water test would have found the source...yet however when it rains (as it often does in vancouver, bc) the freaking car is soaked! has anyone else run into a similar problem.....can anyone help me with suggestions....it would be much apreciated....also if you need more info than i have provided please let me know

thanks

Sunroof drain hoses? Check whether they're unplugged from their drain fittings in the trunk floor.

I don't know... The drain hoses are small, they've got enough capacity to handle what rainwater leaks into the tray when it's closed. Probably can't handle the amount you'll get by leaving it open. But try it & see.

lol...

anyway you said you sealed the back glass right. did remove the old seal or just put sealant over it??

also check where the trunk opens in the corner closest to the glass there should be a seam there where it was welded together from factory.if that seal rusts or comes apart the slightset bit youll have water in the trunk. water inder the back seat sounds like the back glass. if you find it to be the back glass have a glass man come and remove the old seal and put in a new one. about $50-70 depending on who you get to do it.
