HELP: does a 99 4cyl motor fit in a 91 accord
Hey i blew up my motor in my 91 accord,, and i have a 99 Accord SOHC vtec motor laying arround.. I wanna know if it will bolt in my 91 accord.. wiring is not an issue since i wont even run the vtec,,, so i just wanna know if its a direct bolt in with my 91 mounts!

I think that if you carefully observe the 2 engines you will find the differences and then be able to answer your own question.
First off, how in the world did you manage to blow up your engine? I do not like to help people who abuse things and then whine and cry when they break down. This is your own fault, so you will receive no help from me.

What's with the attitude? The OP has been neither whining nor crying, and you have no idea why his engine died or who's to blame. If you don't want to help, don't bother posting anything at all.

one too many haterade..
it will not be a direct bolt on, probably will need some mount, gas mileage will be very bad if you are not running vtec, cel and all the stuff will turn on.
one more thing, the ECM has immobilizer, so you'll need a chip in the key and the whole shebang

to be honest its a customer car,, so no i didnt blow it lol...
I have a 479WHP type R and a S2000 as my cars.... just said it was mine,, maybe i would get a faster answer,,,
so basically just have to change the mounts on the block and then it will bolt directly in??
