JDM non srs wheel... will the horn still work?
Maybe I can get a little information or help with this question. I am considering purchasing a JDM wheel for my DC2. To my understanding the SRS wheel will just plug right in although I like the look of the non srs wheel instead. Now since the cable won't plug right in since theres no air bag would I have to rig it up to work like if I had some other aftermarket wheel?
I had a Momo wheel on my last Integra and followed some online tech article (found on HT) to make my horn work. I just was not sure if the same applied to a non srs JDM wheel. Thanks for any info-

Yes, I gotten mine to work a few weeks ago using a 88-91 Civic shoe horn.

Thanks for the info.. I think I'll just spend the extra and get a srs wheel if I swap. I did that whole thing for the Momo I had and it was a hassle.

This is seriously not a hassle. I was able to do everything in less than 20-30 mins. It's all OEM, and it works great. Plus you'll be able to use the non-srs ITR wheel that you like better.
The writeup is well written too.
