it was working fine when i got out then i got back in to leave and it stayed stuck forward and i dont know how to get it back i've checked the fuses and they are all good.

 

Look under the passanger seat unplug the box, wait 5 minutes to plug it back up. That's what I had to do to my old 90 cb7!

 

Look in your warranty booklet, or call a dealer. Seatbelts warrantied for 'the life of the car'? Maybe that was true in '90???

 

If the retractor is stuck in the foward position it falls under the lifetime warranty.
I worked for a dealer that tried to charge people for repairs like this claiming it was an 'eletrical' problem, the customer called Honda customer service hotline and the fix was FREE. BTW that service manager got fired after 2 months LMAO

 

i'm having the same problems with my brother's accord (91 ex). the passenger side works, but the driver's side doesn't retract. i'm taking it to honda tomorrow ( i'm hoping not to get dicked around @ the dealership ). does anyone have that customer service hotline in case i need to call them???
