Default Ecu wiring? See if I have this right!

I am in the process of swapping an OBD0 PR3 B16a into my 91 integra which currently has a B18A1 with an OBD0 PR4 ecu. After looking at the pinout comparison chart found on g2ic.com, I have gathered the following information and need some comfirmation of whether or not I have my facts straight. And at the end of this post, I have two questions to ask regarding slight concerns about this wiring conversion. I will try to organize this post the best that I possibly can. So here it goes:

1) Pin a wire coming from the VTEC spool solenoid valve to A8.
2) Pin a wire coming from the VTEC pressure switch (VTM) to B5.
3) Remove wire from pinout B19 and pin it into C9 for the p/s oil pressure switch.
4) Pin a wire coming from the O2 sensor to C8.

Is this correct? Now for my two questions:

1) What about the second O2 sensor? Why don't I see two O2 sensor pinouts on the list for the PR3 ecu?
2) Why does the PR3 ecu have a pinout (B11) for "traces to fuse box"? What is this?

Thankyou for reading my post, and hopefully you can help.

Whoa, I figured this would be a topic that some of the people on this forum could really take a quick bite out of.
