Alright, recently I aquired a 1990 Si with a JDMb16 with ITR cams and a stock LSD. I traded with my friend so I knew about the oil leak. Before I traded, he checked everything but the cam seals. I guess my questions are, how hard is it to replace those and if it's not leaking oil from the seals, where could it be leaking, and should I start from the basics?

there cake, if its not the cam seals its could just be valve cover or vtec selinoid. is it on the cam gear side or the dizzy side?

 

It's not the valve cover, I already checked. It's on both sides, I'll get a better description tomorrow.
