Default REAR DISC QUESTION keeping the VX fronts with teg rears ***SEARCHED*** GURU NEEDED

hey guys whats up...got a quick brake question ...i have a 95 vx and was wondering about my brake setup. i still have drums in the rear and will be swaping out for 94 teg rs non abs rear disc.

the reason for not doing the front teg brakes is i still wanta rock my vx wheels...9lbs is nice.. and with good tire they should rock for autox
i have a 94 rs to get the parts off and then ill be putting the rear drums on the teg so i can sell it...that should be fun the only teg with drum rear brakes...lol
QUESTIONS:

will i benifit from a "4040" proportion valve?

will i benifit from a RS master cylider 15/16?

is there a big diffrence in the 15/16" and the 1" master cyliders?

how do i blead a master cylinder without the bleader kit? (lil plastic fittings and hose) can i just buy the kit?

i plan on autox this next season and want a nice setup with some good rotors and brake lines and pads soo i thoguht i would get the rear conversion done then upgrade the system in the spring...
