JDM H22 idle problem
Car is a 91 crx converted obd-1. Engine is a JDM H22.
The car was giving me a very high idle, even through the summer at start up. Running anywhere from 3-4krpm idle. After it warmed up it was anywhere from 2-3k rpm idle.
I replaced the IACV and no change. Cleaned both that I had out and tried both, no change. After searching for a while I determine it was the FITV.
I bought a used throttle body with the FITV on it and put it on. Car ran perfect for about a week. Idled at 800 rpm when warm, and when cold at about 2k. Now its back to the high idle again. When its warm it will come down to roughly 1.4k rpm sometimes, other times its right on 2k rpm. And while cold its 3-4k rpm agian.
Im not getting any codes other than knock sensor and i dont get it all the time. The EGR system is not hooked up but Ive never gotten a code for it either.
Any ideas?

I', not saying that this is the problem, but my H23a4 had the same problem and it turned out to be a coolant line had a leak, I replaced the line, put new collant in it and it ran so much better. just saying to maybe check all ur lines
I was losing a little coolant but I found the bad hose and fixed it. Ive replaced every vacuum line as a precaution. Now most of the lines are just plugged up because they had nowhere to go. Ive tried every combo i could think of, hooking lines together etc..and im pretty sure its right.
Im pretty sure i got all the air out. I have the H2B kit so the motor sits forward a little bit. I pulled it up on my ramps and was able to get alot of air out of it.
Im using the p13 ecu, it is an auto ecu but the prelude i pulled it from ran fine.

I just posted about how i fixed my idle. I remember us driving in it. **** is fast...you need to put that on the track. It would beat the **** out of my Lude with that B-Series tranny.
I will drive to Salem one weekend and help you work on it. Finally got my ****** swap done. And i get to show you the black interior you sold me. This time dont let your neighboors call the cops on me for being black in a Honda please. That scared the hell outta me.
