no spark, no fuel, engine just turning
i have a 92 civic lx, i was driving along and i heard a fuse blow and my radio went out. the engine did not seem to be effected at all. i drove approximately another quarter mile to my destination. I got out and turned off my car. i replaced the fuse and the radio came back on when i turned the key. satisfied with the simple repair i went back inside for 5 minutes. came back out and the car wouldnt start. the starter is turning, but no spark, no fuel. i have tested the ignition and all power is leaving the ignition as it is supposed to. however, i am not getting power on the number 3 port to the main relay. the main relay works fine( i tested in a friends car). according to the haynes manual. if the number 3 port isnt getting power, i should check the number 2 fuse. it also says that the number 2 fuse isnt even being used. i dont know if im not looking in the right place or if the book is somehow incorrect. the number 2 fuse seems to be the ACG fuse. which doesnt have a fuse in it and i dont think it ever did. im not sure that any of this has to do with the spark, but i find it hard to believe that both the fuel pump and spark plugs both have problems at the same time. i feel it is probably related. im just looking for a heads up on what it might be. if its the number 2 fuse, can someone be specific as to its location. thanks for the help
