clutch flywheel and pressure plate problem

Default clutch flywheel and pressure plate problem

hey guys well like the title says. i swapped out the flywheel pressure plate and clutch and now im have problems.
its an d16y7 turbo. flywheel is fidanza 7 lbs. 6 puck clutch and 1700 pressure plate.
i installed for my friend and now its really hard going into gears. i have to force the **** out of it to go in. and going into reverse is a bitch bc it grinds everytime i do it slow and i have to go into reverse hard in order for it not to grind. 1-5 gear it sometime go in and sometime it doesnt. ive been sitting around thinking for a day and not know what the hell is going on. well first the clutch master cyclinder was mess up so we change that out with a new one but yet the problem is still there. i bleed the clutch several time. i double check my work. got both the bearing in. so if anyone know whats the problem might be please help...i appreciated it alot thanks

Is the fork that connects to the TOB & slave cylinder on right? I had that problem & the car just stopped moving (what a pain in the ***!). Turns out I didn't put that fork on just right & it popped off.

You remember to add trans fluid?

yea i put the tranny oil in it and im pretty sure i put the tob on correctly bc i think theres only one way that it goes on and i did put the fork on right also.

Did you align the clutch disc properly using the clutch alignment tool?

The problem starts when the car is running, the gears won't go in smoothly unless with force. When the car is turned off everything shift in smoothly without any effort......confused as hell (also we notice when the car is on jack stands the front wheels would spin when i have it in first with the clutch press down)
