Default 1999 wheel studs

How do you replace the wheel studs? Pressed or screw in? I broke 2 when replacing the tire.

What year car? Front or rear wheelstuds? It makes a difference.

If they're front, sometimes you have to take the hub out (and replace the wheel bearing).

For your sake, I really hope you're talking about the rear studs. The front ones are a pain the the butt to replace

Take off the brake caliper & rotor - hang the caliper with a coathanger or something, DON'T let it hang by it's own hose.

Look around the steering knuckle, sometimes there's some kind of cutout or clearance to allow you to push the wheel stud back & out. I haven't broken any (yet) on the '98, so I don't know...

If so, either hammer it, or (better) push it with some kind of gear puller. It just pushes straight back. Use the wheel nut (with a stack of washers) to pull the new one into place.

If there's no clearance, you'll have to remove the axle nut, separate the ball joints, & take the steering knuckle out of the car. Carry the steering knuckle to your favorite shop. They'll have to press the hub out of the wheel bearing, which usually destroys the bearing. For that much $$, you ought to replace all studs in that hub.

99 accord.. I remember just air hammering the stud out and air hammering a new one in. After that I just restore the threads with a thread chaser or thread file.
