Default b20 hesitation

i have a b20 vtec built at quicken motorsports as i got a replacement knock sensor and some new pipes for exhaust my car delays and hesitates when i accelerate. It pretty much sounds like a subaru between 1-3.5 rpm's. Ever since i installed knock sensor the full potential of car is not in the motor and it doesnt even waist oil any more. i checked my spark plugs their ngks there in good condition. what could be my problem? ecu not throwing any codes.

forgot what year b20 it is but the b20 did come with a nocksensor but you can allso put a nock sensor in threw one of the drain plugs on the back of the motor all you do is rethread that hole to fit the nocksensor in and your good to go as for hesitation im not sure on why thats happing i have a fully built b20 and my **** did that when it was first in my car but after about a week it went away i think the ecu was trying to relearn the air/fule curve how long has this been happning and did you have the bat unpluged for a extended period of time?
