Default synthetic oil in h22 accord

Is it better for to use synthetic oil in my h22?

depends, the new dino oil formula is so much better now, you can get 5000-7500 miles between change and the oil is perfectly fine.

you don't need syn. oil, i use M1 when i am doing hpde/track day only, I use dino

(even tho with 12% syn. oil in it) for all three of my car.

I used synthetic blend before by castrol. Then I just went full RP 10w30 synthetic. But you can use regular oil as mentioned. As for better not sure. Just get a good filter and use good oil you should be set.
