I was driving a friends car today, and his 3rd gear grind alittle, so i skipped 3rd and went into 4th, and that even grinded alitte and he get all loud at me saying i cant skip gears. ive driven MANY other manual cars and im able to skip gears all i want without a problem. he was telling me its really bad for the car and im calling BS on him. im just running it by you guys to make sure im right.

 

can any1 clear this up for me please?
