The problem is i need to find a kit for my car, here is the detail on it, please give me suggestions!!!!

ok i see, it looks like i have the 92-96..... so i should look for a short shifter kit for a 92-96 honda prelude??

when i took my center piece off (the piece with the shiftboot) all i see is metal, nothing plastic like the pics posted of the 97-01.

any one know where i can buy skunk2 kit? i heard great things about them, and maybe some of you can suggest the ones you have experienced with. thanks!

You'd have much better luck asking in the Prelude or Accord forum. Nobody really knows anything about these cable shifters here in the '92-00 Civic/del Sol forum.

thanks, I already placed my order so thats fine. I am thinking about replacing the shifter bushing too while I am at it for best results. are all the shifter bushings the same? or must i order one specifically made for my vehicle?

thanks

Cable shifters don't have a stabilizer bushing like rod linkage does. The only "bushings" for a '92-96 Prelude shifter are for the lever pivot ball.
