Why won't it run? DSM injectors in an Blown F22
I ran a post last summer about how I put an Eaton 62 on a 1995 Accord with an F22 B2. Eaton 62 Supercharger on F22, Help with idle? on 6/02/06 in the Accord forum. I moved from MN to AZ this summer and with a new job, the hassle of moving, I have scarely had time to breath much less work on the car. (plus the air outside was too hot to breathe anyway). Now that it is a bit cooler and I have a bit of time to work on it again, I installed the DSM Blue top injectors, 390 cc, I think. It runs about 2 minutes, idles and revs very nicely, but at the end of 2 minutes, runs roughly and dies. It will almost start but won't. I have to let it sit overnight and it will then run beautifully for another 2 minutes and die. I replaced the ECU without any change. I put the standard injectors back in and it runs ok although it is starved for fuel-( has stock engine managment). It has a new fuel filter and I spent the day to day putting a high flow/high pressure fuel pump on it but again, to no avail. The fuel pressure is about 40 lbs. Is it flooding out with the big injectors? I can take to LoCash racing here to be tuned but I don't want to take it in unless I know what is causing this. Any guesses? When it idles down and stalls, it sounds like it is way out of time. Why would different injectors do this? It seems like some sensor is activated after about 2 minutes of warmup which then causes it to die.
I await any words of wisdom you have for me. I need to get it going and out of the drive way or my wife is threatening to donate it to a charity some day while I am at work.

you dont have a anything to control the bigger injectors with the stock ecu.
you need an engine management system or at the very least an air/fuel controller( search for AFC hack) but then you cant tune timing.

ding ding ding!
woodworker - go to the tuner. he'll make the ecu control the injectors properly.
